So, ELI is over now. I will be heading to the ATL airport shortly and then home! I have missed some snow but my weather widget tells me there will be more later in the week. It was a very good conference. I learned a good amount about educational technology, met great people (including some Apple folks!), and have been inspired in a few areas. I even managed to finish a book proposal in the down time.
One practical tip. I had always thought, though never implemented, that using MarsEdit (my blogging software) would work great as a note taking solution. It worked brilliantly for this conference. It helped that we had lived connections but of course that isn’t necessary. I could just as easily saved to draft and uploaded later or, if I simply wanted to keep them for myself, create a “local” site.
Now! To the Batmobile!
