Maybe all we need is a few squirrels. I have spent many a pleasant day in Pascagoula and seen many a squirrel there as well. Perhaps some truly are sent from God.

The Coolest Bird That Ever Lived
Sheldonista Tom M. sent me this YouTube link, and it absolutely blew me away. You have to listen to this Australian Lyre Bird.As a mating tool, he mimics the sounds he hears around him. “Not so amazing,” you might be saying. But…around the two-minute point in the video, you’ll see just how amazing that mimickry is.
This bird is stone-cold awesome.
