NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., March 10 (AP) — The Rutgers University Board of Governors approved a major reorganization on Friday, simplifying a complicated system of undergraduate colleges but preserving an all-female niche on the campus. We continue to work towards similar ends at Tulane.
