“Cranks, Nuts, and Screwballs” and the CIA

The release of the CIA’s “Family Jewels” (their term, not mine, I promise!) is overshadowing a much more amusing and enlightening document. “Cranks, Nuts, and Screwballs” is a report from 1995 (declassified in 2001) that cites various “interesting” reports, letters, and offers received at the CIA.
