IOSOT – Passports and Visas for Slovenia

I just received this email on the Targum-L. I hadn’t thought to worry about this! So i am glad Paul did.

Dear everyone heading to Lubljana for the IOTS or the IOSOT this summer,

I have talked to the Slovenian embassy in Washington, and they inform me
that citizens of the USA do not need a Slovenian VISA to visit the country
for less than 90 days. All that is needed is a passport that is valid for
six months after the entry date.

I understand from the Slovenian Embassy website that citizens of EU
countries also do NOT need a VISA.

Paul

I will be there giving a paper on TgCant and the Midrash of the 10 Songs. Anyone else planning on going?
