A Light Test

Last night I decided to test the white balance settings on my new camera. The results were somewhat interesting, I think. In our home office/play room we have compact fluorescent lights so I thought I would use the fluorescent preset (you can also adjust the WB completely manually). Ugh. No good. BUT the “tungsten” setting produced very nice results.

Since the purple wall is a little quirky, here are two pictures without the yurple.

“Tungsten” setting:Stapler Tungsten

It really looks good, the colors that is, don’t you think?
